While playing intense titles such as Baldurs Gate 3, Cyberpunk, Hellblade 2, I frequently encounter random black screen crashes during joining or entering new areas. This issue doesn’t appear when using CS2 or FM24. I’ve tried various solutions: updating the GPU driver, installing a new one, applying a BIOS update, and reinstalling Windows. Despite these changes, the problem persists. I also verified my GPU, CPU, and PSU using OCCT Benchmark, all showing normal performance.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
PSU: Corsair RM 750X GOLD
What's the age of your PSU in this setup?
I'm testing various options:
backing up to an older GPU driver,
installing a new GPU driver.
Updating the BIOS,
restarting Windows.
Have you used DDU to uninstall drivers before upgrading from an older revision to a newer one?
restarting Windows.
Where did you obtain the OS installer? Talking about OS, which Windows versions are you using?
New BIOS update
Have you reset the CMOS after confirming your BIOS was updated to the latest version?

Psu is 2 years old as well. The entire PC is 2 years old, actually.

Today I discovered something. While playing BG3 or Cyberpunk, the GPU temperature is 65-70 but the hotspot goes up to 94-97. When the hotspot hits around 95-97, the screen goes black. I’ve tried fixing it now. Using undervolting seems like a solution. Should I replace the thermal paste on my GPU? Will that help? Thanks.
