Random black dots appear briefly on the display

I recently assembled a new PC and this morning, briefly, some black pixels flickered for a moment. They repeated each time the display showed random spots in different areas. I captured a picture by recording the screen for a short period. The issue appears roughly every ten minutes.

The issue seems to involve a monitor, cable, or GPU. Begin by checking the connection and reseating the display cable.

It occurs at any time, not just while using Chrome. It may appear specifically when viewing YouTube with a Chromium-based browser, though testing was done with both Chrome and Edge. The occurrence looks quite similar to the screenshots you provided.

It isn't resolved yet, but it doesn't affect me too much. However, I'd like to check more thoroughly to confirm if the issue occurs only during browsing, especially on YouTube or other streaming platforms.

Check chrome://flags, search for ANGLE, switch API to OpenGL. Others said it fixed the issue. See https://www.reddit.com/r/chrome/comments...hrome_w10/
