Hi, I’m having some issues finding compatible RAM for my build. I’m assembling a PC using the 3700X and X570 Aorus Elite WiFi, and this is my first time putting one together. Since AMD is thriving these days, I’m considering giving them a shot. I’m planning a black-and-white configuration with white RAM as a priority, though RGB isn’t essential.
I noticed the Vengeance RGB Pro in black is compatible with AMD according to some sources, running at 3600MHz, but the white version doesn’t seem to work. Would it still function? Any advice would be great. I’ve also seen Thermaltake tough RAM, but I haven’t tried it yet. If needed, I’m open to going up to 3200MHz. Any tips or experiences?

That matches my perspective too. Their documentation mentions only black at 3600MHz, which seems confusing. Yet 3200MHz works fine in white. People often say “at least 3600 for AMD,” but how significant is the gap? Would a 3200MHz difference really impact performance, especially with lower latency? I’m careful not to compromise on speed for appearance.
