I improved most of my setup and everything functioned properly for a while. After switching cases, my PC wouldn’t boot with one of the RAM sticks. I took them back to the store, received the new ones, and they confirmed they worked fine. I’m curious if anyone has a solution for this issue.

You're asking about why the device fails to start when using just one stick, even though it previously worked with two. It seems the issue might be related to how the sticks were inserted or if something was altered during the process.

I placed it in the updated case precisely as it was, and now only one of the sticks will let it boot when the other isn’t included.

1. Are you using the suggested slots the manufacturer suggests?
2. DDR5 can be tricky; it seems your motherboard has an F9D BIOS that supports RAM better, you might want to install that.
3. If not done yet, consider removing the RAM and putting it back in carefully, using air to help dislodge it.
4. Additional steps could include re-seating your CPU if contact issues arise after moving it, and clearing your CMOS settings.

I've tested everything possible but can't get a boot.
