There are many options available, and people have different tastes. Memtest86 seems to be the most popular, even though it doesn’t always catch memory issues well in practice. TestMem5 often comes up as a better choice when using the Anta777 Extreme1 preset on DDR4 systems, though it can feel a bit awkward to operate. I haven’t tried this one before, so I can’t say much about its performance.
