Word has spread that the Samsung B die pair works well with APUs. My tests have reached a standstill. The 3333 remains stable at 1.35V, though Passmark scores are slightly lower—maybe due to instability. I’m holding it at 1.36V. Yet even at this level, RAM performance drops to 1.346V, which is still okay! For the 3400 CL16, looser timings cause issues below 1.38V, so I opted not to push it further. The 3400 CL18 (CLs 15 and 17) also fails at 1.36V under looser settings. It might be time to stop now.
