It relies on various factors like RAM speed, size, DIMM count, and hardware specs. We require additional details.

The processor speed is 2400MHz, 16GB RAM, two dimming units, ASUS Prime B450MK, Ryzen 5 3400G, and the HyperX Fury RGB 16GB kit with 8GB each at 3200MHz (though it actually runs at 2400MHz). For optimal timing now, consider matching the RAM speed to 2400MHz.

Have you attempted to configure the XMP/DOCP profile?

Well, it's not clear why you're not aiming for 3200. That would be much more effective than improving timings at 2400. A general rule is that good timings occur when the main CAS latency satisfies this condition: Speed (MHz) divided by CAS is greater than 225. To be precise, if it's lower than that, it's not exceptional—it's just average. Some top kits with 3200 CL16 or 3600 cl18 would give a result of 200, which is acceptable but not outstanding. If it drops below 200, I'd treat it as a poor setup since you can easily reach 200 without spending much, and even 225 isn't a big jump. In your situation, because you're still under 3600 MHz (giving room for higher speeds) and using an APU that gains from faster RAM, I suggest focusing on speed above all else.
