I really question if it's the cooler. The RAM seems likely to be incompatible, just because it passes a random "test" doesn't mean anything if it still crashes. I'm sure the issue is as you mentioned—different RAM models often cause problems, unless you can show the cooler somehow disconnects the RAM, which is more or less impossible. This looks like a compatibility problem, not some magical anti-gravity CPU fan thing. P.S.: Holy crap, this is your "ram"? I wouldn't be surprised if it touches the wrong spot, what a terrible mess! PHOTOS OF THE SETUP ARE NEEDED!!! >.

We understand you have limited information about your setup. Providing details directly helps us locate the solution more effectively. I’m still uncertain, but without visual confirmation it’s difficult to proceed.

honestly that ram is absurd... they didn't even put the apparent Toyota backlight, disguised as "heatsink" all the way down, no it's half way up instead! I mean the solution to that is simple, remove the backlight and enjoy cooler ram as a bonus, but then again, as said, im not convinced this is actually a physical issue until we can see the part "in action" lol...

The cooler is positioned on the second RAM slot, which is a low-profile design. Recently I noticed Adata is now in the second slot while Corsair is in the fourth, suitable for dual-channel use. The cooler has moved to the fourth slot, but it's creating an issue by blocking its attachment. When the cooler operates at full speed, vibrations might dislodge it. I installed it slightly above, and it seems to be functioning properly now. Currently, none of the components are touching the RAM.
