I attempted to delete them, changed the sticks, but the Dram light remains on. I also removed the battery from the motherboard, yet the signal stays active. Could your RAM be faulty? What steps should I take next?

Tell me about your CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Did adjusting the speed involve enabling XMP, or were you doing a manual overclock? If it was manual OC, please specify the changes you made.
