I acquired this prebuilt PC at the end of last year. I attempted to swap out my old RAM sticks and SSD into this new system, expecting better performance, but it appears the RAM is faulty, so I removed it and replaced it with a new one along with the SSD. Initially, everything worked fine, but after some time the PC began displaying errors. I removed it again and continued using it for about two months. Recently, when I powered on the PC and opened tasks or played games, it crashed. I've tried various diagnostic methods to identify issues, but a file named SrtTrail.txt remains unresolved after performing a startup repair. I reached out to my PC provider who used UltraViewer to check for errors and discovered problems with both the RAM and SSD. I'm wondering if these components were indeed the cause of this situation.
