I received an h270 plus with a mobile chipset, an i7500 processor, and 3000 MHz RAM. The system has an 8GB memory stick. It seems the motherboard restricts performance to 2400 but the BIOS reports around 2100. What could be causing this discrepancy?

H270 doesn't accept xmp files, so it operates at standard speed. OC isn't possible for h-series chipsets.
