Recently my computer has been running slowly. I observed it needs two attempts to start properly. The BIOS screen flashes twice before launching Windows. After a full reset, thinking it was a Windows problem, the issue continued. Eventually, I saw in Task Manager that my RAM speed was dropping below the XMP setting each time I booted. Now I have to switch back to BIOS and adjust the RAM speed manually. My PC is nearly three years old, and I’ve been using 3200 MHz for a long time. The BIOS is current, my specs are Ryzen 5 3600 with 16GB RAM, and the motherboard supports M.2 SSD and a 1TB hard drive. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No, I don't have access to your current version of the bios. Would you like me to help you update it?

The problem persists, requiring two tries to start up. I observed that my BIOS configuration and date have been altered.

I used Adata sticks with another system. I created a profile so I didn’t have to re-enter details each time I turned off the device. These sticks aren’t listed in my mobile QVL. My B-Die functions perfectly with them.

Test one RAM module at a time and apply XMP settings. It’s possible one of the sticks isn’t working properly.

I located the problem. The CMOS battery was faulty, but after replacement, everything functioned properly. Appreciate the guidance!
