I just replaced the motherboard with an ASUS TUF Gaming B450-PLUS II. When I accessed the BIOS, the memory frequency was set to Auto. After booting into Windows, the RAM showed 2133 MHz. In the BIOS I adjusted it to 3200 MHz, but the system failed to POST. I updated the BIOS version, yet the issue persisted. I have two Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB sticks at 3200 MHz, and the memory isn’t being read properly by the board.
Indicates the motherboard isn't supporting the memory at that speed, likely due to DOCP not being enabled. At 3200MHz most boards should handle it, but two 16GB modules may strain a B450 platform. Higher memory density usually means better chances of reaching advertised speeds. Have you confirmed this memory works on your board?
What processor? The Ryzen 2 runs smoothly at up to 2993 MHz by default. Go beyond that and it enters overclocking territory.
