My RAM performance is significantly lower than expected at 2133 MHz compared to the intended 3200 MHz. After checking, it seems the issue might lie with the motherboard BIOS—despite its age, I wasn’t able to apply XMP settings. When I try to access BIOS settings, there’s no option for XMP available. I should have updated the BIOS earlier. The benchmark results are shared here for reference: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/29229025. It appears many users have the same memory configuration, but performance remains poor. Additional details would help clarify the problem.

H170 boards cannot use XMP settings. The most viable option is manual overclocking, though I lack experience with that process.

I think your motherboard supports XMP out of the box. You might be able to restore optimal RAM performance by applying the default BIOS settings during a restart.
