Ram speed is 2400MHz, not 3600MHz.

My ram is supposed to run at 3600MHz but it only hits 2400MHz. I've tried all the tips from YouTube—like XMP, volt adjustment, BIOS updates—but nothing helps. The game in Baios shows correct voltage and frequency, but when I open PC it displays lower values. Afterburner checks RAM MHz, yet Warzone doesn't render properly and the DOS doesn't match. It seems the issue is linked to the RAM's operating frequency.

I use the built-in tools in Windows, such as Task Manager or Performance Monitor, to check your RAM.

Check CPU-Z for accurate details. It usually shows a standard speed range. Your RAM speed might be listed as 1200 MHz or 1800 MHz, which is typical. The maximum rated speed is often double the actual rate due to data transfer rates.
