Lol. What does 3600mhz mean? The first four digits aren’t just the initial one like they often claim. Probably a way to trick you into thinking it’s okay when actually it’s not. They might have adjusted it so the first number looks decent even though the rest is bad. It could be something like 16-16-16-49 or similar. (It sounds like the memory is really slow.) They’re trying to make you think it’s using 16-16-16-35, but it’s probably just default DDR4 speed. You might need to turn off XMP and re-enable it. That could require some tweaking.
