Hey there, I recently upgraded my LED RAM to the Trident Z Royal. After multiple installs and reinstalls of the Asus Aura, it kept displaying the default rainbow pattern with two sticks spinning backward. The Aura didn’t recognize the four RGB RAM slots. I tried using the G skill Trident Z Light Control, but it returned an error: ENE RGB HUEL setup failed, a newer version is already installed. I double-checked and found the installation files were just .dll files. Trident Z Light Control works, though any changes I made didn’t affect my RAM performance. The RAM runs smoothly at full speed and size. I have some knowledge about CPR E but nothing advanced, and I’d really appreciate any help fixing the RGB issue. EDIT: It seems the ENE RGB HUEL might be intended as a controller, but it doesn’t seem to support installation on my motherboard. Any relevant specs would be helpful. Also, could you confirm if the motherboard supports this setup?
