You have the G.skill Trident Z RGB RAM installed, but you dislike the rainbow LED lighting during startup. It switches back to normal only after Windows 10 loads, leaving it stuck in the rainbow mode beforehand. According to what I understand, you need to log into Windows before the RGB control software activates, which causes it to launch in rainbow mode temporarily. The Trident Z Neo RGB behaves the same way. It seems there might be a chance to configure it to boot alongside Windows, similar to Wallpaper Engine, though it would still begin in rainbow mode initially.
You install a middle module for RAM with an RGB controller on the sticks, eliminating the need to boot into Windows. You can enhance it by adding more length and size or by building a custom Frankenstein-style setup by integrating the controller directly into the RAM sticks.
No specific RAM kits exist independently, but some motherboard makers offer solutions.
It seems quite puzzling. Some say gigabyte can manage RAM RGB, while others claim it can't. The same goes for Corsair RAM—some believe you can't adjust hardware lighting, yet people do. With TridentZ RAM, there are reports of using a Gigabyte Mobo to control it, but when I owned a Gigabyte Mobo myself, I couldn't do that. I'm looking for some clear explanations.
Maybe some can, don't remember if there was something you had to run or a BIOS update that maybe could do something like that? not sure, maybe some come here or if you find a video on the topic. some software might help a little to run at startup?
