My friend has a Ryzen 2700X, B450 Tomahawk Max, and Corsair 3200 RGB. When he boots into BIOS it lists 8GB RAM, but in Windows it shows 16GB with only 8 usable. He also tried his Ripjaws 3200 2x8GHz and it worked both in BIOS and Windows. After rearranging the RAM, the same problem persists. Can you assist us?

It seems like you're having trouble figuring out if Corsair is in the right level or section. You're also unsure about your RAM setup and feel a bit lost with this issue.

The supported RAM kits @3200 from Corsair are listed here. You have several models available, including various versions and configurations. Make sure to check the specifications for each kit to ensure compatibility with your system. If you encounter any issues, consider resetting the motherboard to its default settings and verifying the placement of the RAM sticks according to the manual.
