You're just starting out with PC building and this forum, but you're facing some challenges. Your new Vengeance LPX 2x16 sticks are only reaching 3000MHz without errors, and you're stuck at 3200MHz with a stable setup. Your DRAM voltage is set correctly, but you're trying to bump it up to 1.45V on the 3200MHz, but still getting failed boots. No one mentioned DOCP affecting this, so maybe it's something else. Consider checking BIOS settings, ensuring your RAM is properly seated, and verifying that all connections are secure. If the issue persists, a hardware test might be needed.

try to increase soc voltage to 1.1 and see if that makes it better. make sure you have ram in slots 2 and 4. ryzen 1000 series is pretty bad with memory so you might just be unlucky and not be able to get 3200.

I'll attempt that now. And yes, they're located in slots 2 and 4.

Confirmed, it works now. I only reached 3000 at 1.2v and 1.42v.
