I just put in G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb (2x8gb) with a clock speed of 3200Mhz. My motherboard (MSI B350 PC Mate) is showing the RAM at 2133Mhz since my previous RAM was clocked at 2400Mhz. I also have a Ryzen 5 3600 installed, and I’m curious if I can safely push the RAM to 3200Mhz or near it while using the standard CPU cooler. Additionally, I want to know how upgrading the RAM might improve my gaming experience.

It's fine as long as you don't go too far with the overclocking. Your RAM is built to operate at 3200MHz, so it wouldn't be a typical overclock. Applying an XMP profile isn't about pushing the limits—it's about configuring the BIOS to utilize its maximum capacity. The CPU temperature might increase slightly (1 or 2°C) during heavy use (due to the memory controller), but that's not something to worry about.
