Overclocking your RAM from 2133 MHz to 3200 MHz is safe to pair with a 3200 MHz RAM kit from the same brand and model, both being G Skill Ripjaws V.

You might want to consider upgrading, especially if you're aiming for a 16GB 2X8 configuration with 3200 memory. If you manage to overclock your current setup, adding more sticks could lead to instability, making it necessary to restart and reconfigure for optimal performance.

If you manage to boost your memory performance to such an extent, it would be the initial concern I'd consider, though not necessarily. You could attempt it, perhaps. Adding various types of memory might affect dice rolling outcomes. Please list your motherboard and processor details, and let me know if there are any processor overclocking notes.
