It’s possible to secure both components. A decent CPU around $150 and a single RAM stick are reasonable choices, possibly costing between $40 and $50.

In terms of structure, I'd start with the CPU then move to RAM. However, if feasible, consider upgrading both components. RAM is currently satisfactory.
