I'm using a Ryzen 7 2700 with 3.2GHz and an Asus B450M-A board. Each slot has a Gskill Ripjaws 3600Mhz RAM at 1.35V. All slots are active on the motherboard. Frequency stays under 2800Mhz, but it worked at 3200Mhz with just two slots. Enabling XMP profiles always results in safe boot mode. Current BIOS version: 3211 (latest). RAM latency typically ranges from 18 to 22 nanoseconds at 1.35V.

Did you verify that the additional two units match the original timing? I remember it's common to encounter such issues with older Ryzen models, as they tend to be quite selective about memory configuration compared to the 3000 series.

Hello! Thank you for your message. Yes, the timing of all the modules is identical. The issue seems to be that the wired setup worked initially but later caused a BSOD. I’m not sure what’s happening.

It's typical that four sticks slow down more when going faster, particularly on the B450. A better option would be replacing them with two higher-capacity modules.
