Mobo: Biostar Z490T-Silver (2 ram slots)
Ram: ADATA XPG SPECTRIX D50 RGB 16GB (8GBX2) 3600MHz
Cpu: i5-10400f
Gpu: rtx3060 12gb igame ultra w oc
Bios: Latest version
I attempted to apply an xmp profile in the bios, but it only reached 3200mhz. When attempting higher speeds, the system would revert to 2600+mhz (exact value lost).
The next step was using a custom profile with auto timing; I set 3600mhz and observed that the ram speed stabilized at 3333mhz in Task Manager.

The CPU officially backs up to memory speeds as high as 2666MHz. therefore, running at 3200MHz would still be an overclock of its internal memory controller...

But I noticed this clip of 10400f at 3733mhz, so is it real or not?

It's a massive overclocking, not every CPU can handle it.

Was the ram a set of two or two individual pieces?
Do you have the most recent bios?

Fortunately for the draw, the PC remains steady at 3333. If it holds, let it be. If you wish to adjust, you can manually tweak the settings. What I've learned is that Intel doesn't perform well beyond 3200.
