You might want to try raising the voltage if you're okay with it. However, if the PC didn't start at CL15, additional voltage probably won't help. Since you can't adjust the first value (CL), it's unlikely you can change the second (TRCD) or third (TRP) either, but you can still proceed. If nothing else works, reducing TRAS to 34 could slightly improve things, though it might also hurt performance. It's a good idea to run benchmarks like Aida64, Geek Bench, or Passmark Performance Test to check if your changes are beneficial. Once you're satisfied, consider tuning your secondary timings—pay special attention to Trefi and Trfc, as they significantly affect performance.
I think it’s acceptable. Just a note though—voltage requests and actual readings can differ. For example, my Asus Z97-A board often added about 0.4V to the DRAM ask voltage. Using HWinfo64 will show your measured value. It looks like you might be near the stability limit. To ensure confidence, run the HCI Design MemTest. Execute enough trials to cover roughly 75% of your RAM and continue until you reach 300-400% coverage. In your situation, you could try six 2GB runs.
