I purchased a G SKILL 3600mhz cl16 dual kit memory and configured the BIOS for XMP settings, displaying 3600mhz. Upon booting Windows 10, only 3200mhz appears in the CPU-Z and other monitors. You should verify the memory settings in BIOS, ensure the correct chip is selected, and check for any driver issues.
What processor and motherboard are you using? Also, do you have RAM installed in slots 2 and 4?
Looking for a CPU with integrated memory controller? Consider boards that offer higher performance memory controllers, as they often outperform Ryzen chips—especially if XMP isn't supported.
