Your system specs look solid for a modern build. CL 19 is a decent speed for gaming and multitasking, but make sure your RAM sticks are compatible and that your CPU matches or exceeds it for optimal performance.

The goal should be CL16 or higher; CL19 will likely run slower. Ryzen prefers dual-channel memory in fast speeds. If the price fits, you're fine.

Having a 2666MhzCL19 RAM wouldn't be ideal, but if a 3000MhzC15 setup wasn't feasible, I wouldn't be too concerned. At least it offers 2x4GB of memory; a single 8GB would have been even worse. If you notice slight stuttering in games, your RAM might be the cause.

As @minibois mentioned, it's a dual channel setup rather than a single 8GB card.
