Hello, welcome! I see you're experiencing an issue with your system. When you power on the computer, the BIOS displays only 4GB of RAM, even though you have a 2GB or 4GB module installed. Removing the 2GB module causes the system to fail to boot. After replacing it with the 4GB Samsung module, the BIOS now shows 6GB of RAM correctly. It looks like the RAM module you purchased might be defective. Consider returning it. Running a memory test should reveal any issues, possibly showing significant errors.
