I installed RAM into my M92 mini PC and verified compatibility, but it’s restricting me to just 2 GB out of the 8 GB available, regardless of any configuration changes.

No, I don't have access to your device settings. Please check your BIOS menu for dual channel options.

It’s probably not possible here. There should be a configuration option for memory channels, or your RAM might be faulty.
