When my PC begins struggling with high RAM usage (over 50%), it starts to lag and I’m curious about the issue. Here are some specs: i9 9900K, 32GB VRAM, Vengeance RGB Pro, MSI MGP Z390 gaming edge, AC, Samsung 970 EVO, multiple 3.5 HDDs, Corsair RM850, 2080 Super (though not crucial).

Check Memtest86 to verify your RAM. I experienced BSODs because of an unstable X.M.P file, and running the test revealed many errors.
