I've got an old HP PC with a RAM issue. I currently have three 512MB sticks totaling 1.5GB, but adding another one causes the system to fail. All slots were checked and functional. The RAM itself seems fine after testing. Can you clarify if the problem started after installing the new stick?

It seems a few connections are loose. Are you checking for DDR or DDR2 compatibility in your motherboard?

I didn’t test it myself, so I don’t want to invest in this computer—it would be a huge waste of money.
