Reset CMOS and attempt once more, as configurations may become locked and fail to activate.

Enable XMP or DOCP settings in the BIOS. To reset CMOS, disconnect the device, press the power button for about 15 seconds, remove the CMOS battery, reinstall it after 10 seconds, then restart the system.

Here are your current settings. You also followed the instructions by disconnecting and removing the battery, etc.
