Ram Issue?
Ram Issue?
At first, I noticed the water cooling block wasn't working properly and the motherboard displayed blue instead of red. I opened Corsair's iCue program and was surprised to see a message: (screenshot) https://gyazo.com/4f8fa3c5314c09b1fc319bb5f92dfd8f. When I tried to click it, the system reported it was at 0°C and was running without XMP at 1600 MHz instead of 3200. First things first, check to see if there is an update for iCue. If yes, install it. If no, uninstall and reinstall iCue anyway. You could try re seating your RAM on the motherboard. Disconnect power from the wall before you do this. You can also try moving the RAM to different slots ( Note you motherboard may complain about this) The onboard controller that handles communication with Icue could be faulty as well which I would RMA with corsair.
The 1600 real clock equals 3200 effective. That’s the way DDR functions.
