Hello, I'm facing an issue that's preventing my PC from posting. I have an Asus B450F gaming laptop paired with a Ryzen 3700X and 4x8GB GSKILL Trident Z 3200 RAM. When I apply the XMP profile for all sticks, the system won't boot properly and I see an orange motherboard light. However, with just two sticks it works fine. I'm not sure if the problem lies with my RAM or the motherboard—any advice would be appreciated.

The current setup is already problematic. Adding more than two sticks increases memory pressure. Two sticks perform better than four. Replace the board with a model such as "MSI B450 Tomahawk Max" or "MSI B450 A-Pro."
