You don't require 64GB for gaming... just 16 is enough... up to 32 is okay.

In reality, faster RAM modules can add more instability when using XMP profiles. This might not be a concern at 2666MHz, but it becomes important above 3000MHz.

Great news for you—quad channel is supported and a 4x8GB setup remains affordable at about 2666 Mbps.
