Don't be overly excited just yet. Perform a RAM stress test for about an hour, then wait a few days. If it passes, you're ready to proceed. If not, gradually increase the voltage in small steps—you're safe up to 1.4V, and slightly safe up to 1.45V (but avoid going beyond that if you plan to replace the RAM later).
