I adjusted my RAM to 3600cl16 and changed the voltage to 1.36 with SoC on auto. I considered lowering the Trfc but wasn’t sure how to do it properly. There are likely other settings I should tweak, and I’m unsure about the best values to reduce. It might help checking tips in resources like Typhoon Burner. Since I’m not familiar with timing, it could be useful to look that up. The current temps are low, but I’m worried about overheating given the high current and max temp.
Core voltage and supply match essentially all internal CPU components around 1.45V; core voltage equals supply voltage at the base die, and both should stay stable. Avoid dropping below 1.7V due to voltage sag, and be mindful of imc effects that rise above 1.7V. Temperature sensitivity is high, so a fan is advisable for reliable operation. For stable 1:1 clock at 3800-4000MHz, you likely won’t need more than 1.5V—diminishing returns on timing come sooner. I don’t think tightening further is necessary unless you notice significant performance loss, as it consumes a lot of voltage. Performance drops are minimal in my tests (775 and SPI+Wprime), though some inaccuracies were seen with AIDA64. I’d suggest securing the voltage before it becomes problematic, as freeagent has Bdie rams to help.

Approximately 3800-4000 is about the maximum your clock speed can reach. It sounds quite achievable, especially when you look at some build videos. Speaking of that, Buildzoid often does some fun tricks, so you could simply take a 3800c16 profile from them. Generally, lower speeds work well with that setup (<4400), and usually copying the settings is the best approach for RAM overclocking. Trying to tweak timings yourself can take a lot of time or even be impractical, unless you're using something like VSOC which usually caps around that voltage.
I adjusted the SoC to 1.125 and vddp to 0.9, but didn’t locate other parameters like ccd/iod. Every guide mentions SoC voltage around 1.125 max. @Somerandomtechyboi what’s ccd/iod? I’m planning to try trc = trp + tras +8 (which equals 60).
Alternatively, after updating the SOC and VDDP games, things seemed smoother. I noticed something unusual throughout, which made me dislike XMP and 3600 too much, even though the voltage was at 3600 16 16 16 36. I’m keeping it as it is now to check stability, but it should be around 1.36 drams.
