3000 works fine, but 3200 is usually just a few extra dollars. That makes it quite reasonable.

I suggest going with 3600, but stick to that speed limit. The 3600 Vengeance LPX units I received were quite affordable and have delivered reliable results.

I chose CL16 3200 for my Ryzen 5 3600 setup since it was available at a reasonable price. I’d seen videos discussing RAM speed benefits and noticed that CL16 3600 fits the optimal range. Increasing the RAM from 3200 to 3600 might boost performance by a few frames per second in 1080p, but I opted for the lower end to save some money.
