Given that this is an FM2 motherboard, I'd say you've had a good run with it. Time to upgrade. No real way to know if the RAM is still good without testing it in another board. That damage kind of looks like the PSU might have started nuking the board (I've seen them do this before completely failing). However, if money is an issue, there is a member here that may have something older like this available on a budget. Here's the thread, it's unclear as to whether the board / CPU / RAM work, but they're looking to upgrade the internals anyway. If the DIMMs work together, it should be okay. I think DDR3 is becoming the standard for both.
