Edge and Discord are the biggest memory consumers: 1. Stick to Chrome or Firefox. 2. Check your activity on Discord and Edge—how many tabs are active and which sites are open.

I had just two tabs running—one for my online-school site and another for a forum. I've tested various browsers, but Edge works best for me. I can handle using about 200-300 MB more RAM, though I usually close Edge during gaming sessions. Thanks for the tip!
