It’s fine to use that RAM configuration. All slots are from the same brand and version (Corsair Vengeance LX).

Additionally, combining DDR3 and DDR4 isn't recommended... it's unclear which DDR4 modules are available for 1600 MHz (the cheapest commercial options are around 2133 MHz) or which DDR3 models support 3000 MHz... the most I'm aware of is 2133 MHz. The motherboard and BIOS will attempt to run all components at the highest frequency that all parts can handle together.

It might function, but you’d likely be stuck with the slowest clock (1600mhz), which would slow down your whole system. You’ll also face more crashes and freezes since timing isn’t consistent. I’d aim for matching hardware. Basically: it works, though not at peak performance.

You're encountering several problems here. First, it looks like you're attempting to combine DDR4 and DDR3 RAM, which isn't feasible. Second, you're expecting dual-channel operation, but your setup may not support it. Lastly, your system is constrained by the slowest clock speed, capping performance at around 1600MHz.
