Hey there, I recently purchased a PC (pre-built) equipped with an RTX 3070 Ti and an Intel Core i9-911900F. The Rainbow is only achieving around 60-88 FPS across all settings. I also experienced similar issues with Modern Warfare 2 (multiplayer only), where it caps at 60-80 FPS, while single-player occasionally hits 600 FPS. Watch Dogs: Legion runs smoothly at 144 FPS when DLSS is enabled on the highest setting, and Arma 3 maintains about 200 FPS base gameplay. It seems the graphics card should be adequate, but I’m struggling with Rainbow. Sometimes lowering the settings causes me to drop in frames. I’m really seeking advice since I feel stuck with no clear solutions. Thanks for your help!

Did you cover the essential points? - Vsync disabled - game's refresh rate matches your monitor's settings - also verifying if a FPS limit exists in game controls

It remains identical, the same frame cap that I’m still confused about
