Here’s an overview of my computer setup:

Intel Core i5-6400 processor at 2.70 GHz
Sapphire Radeon Vega RX 64 Nitro+ graphics card
8 gigabytes of RAM
Windows 10 operating system

I recently replaced my graphics card from a GTX 1050 Ti with a Radeon Vega 64, and online resources indicate I should experience higher frame rates across various games. However, I’m still encountering low frame counts, along with screen tearing despite using a 144Hz FreeSync monitor. I would appreciate assistance or an explanation for these issues.

Were you able to remove the previous driver with DDU?
And please select the graphics card and not the integrated one?

I followed your instructions and achieved a 10-15 fps improvement, though it was temporary.
