Sapphire R9 390x nitro won't be able to overclock at all. Even changing the fan cover keeps the GPU running at idle speed (core clock). I have to remove and reinstall all drivers to make it function correctly! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!
The R9 390x nitro won't be able to overclock, no matter what. Even changing the fan cover keeps the GPU at idle speed. I had to remove and reinstall all drivers to make it work properly! Someone needs to help me out!
