You can make several improvements; a) switch to a brand new setup such as a Ryzen 7000 series CPU, 32GB DDR5, and a B650 board b) install 32GB DDR4 3600 RAM while retaining the 3900X CPU c) use DDR4 3600 and a 5700X d) add DDR4 3200 and a 5800X3D 2133—this configuration is too slow for Zen 2 and Zen 3, severely restricting performance.
I recently purchased a 5700x3D and it's performing extremely well in CPU-heavy games.
