Hello, I'm facing an issue with my AMD R9 280x. I can't seem to adjust any power-related settings, as it seems locked. I've already overclocked it before, so I'm unsure what's happening. For instance, I tried changing the stock memory clock from 1600mhz to 1500mhz because the card tends to artifact at those voltages. I adjusted the slider and applied the changes, but the graph still shows it running at 1600mhz. The GPU clock is currently at 970mhz when ASUS claims it's 1070mhz, and even after resetting settings, it stays at 970. I also tried setting the power to max and changing core voltage, but nothing seems to work. I need a clearer picture of what might be going on.

PC-4LIFE:
Consider updating the GPU-Z program.
I'm using version 1.16.0 while you have 0.8.5.
GPU-Z isn't related to the overclocking process.
