Evening, I'm struggling with my new CPU. I want it to run cooler, but the fans are running really fast, making the PC feel hot. I followed a tutorial I found online, but it only lowered the temperature from 90+ to 60+, not much more. The room is quite warm at around 16°C. Anyone can help me improve this?
