R7 1700 oc voltage fluctuates during full load operation
I successfully adjusted my Ryzen R7 1700 multiplier to 38 with a 1.3v core voltage, but noticed significant voltage drops under high load and instability after full load. The CPU remained relatively cool during full load, and I'm using a Corsair H100i v2 cooler. The processor frequency also didn't reach 3800. Is this typical?
