Typically you can't push it beyond 100MHz, so I won't try. Your memory configurations will play a bigger role in Zen 2.

I don’t understand the meaning either. If it doesn’t function, you’ll see what’s displayed on your screen and there may be errors or unexpected behavior when you restart.

These parameters include memory frequency, tCL, tRCD, tRP, and tRAS. The latter four are located in advanced memory settings. The final value is memory voltage, if you're unsure.
